Please note that due to the perishable nature of some of our products, we may not be able to offer refunds on some of these products.

Any requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of receipt of the order. Delivery charges are not included in any refund policy and the customer is responsible for the costs of returning any goods, unless otherwise decided by Hot Rock Butchery LTD.

ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY 11AM TUESDAY TO THURSDAY FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY BY DPD LOCAL.  Please note any orders received after 11AM THURSDAY up until MONDAY will be shipped on TUESDAY  BY DPD NEXT DAY DELIVERY. If you are not able to accept your delivery on the day that we inform you it will arrive, you can arrange for the following but ONLY before your goods are dispatched. WE DONT SHIP ON BANK HOLIDAYS 

All products sliced/unsliced will be shipped vaccum packed with 4 days shelf life. Once opened, store in paper bag supplied and consume within 3 days. We do not recommend storing biltong in the fridge. Store in a cool dry place.
