Traditional Boerewors 4Kg Pack

We strive at all times to ensure our products are of the highest standard. If, however, we have not met your expectations, please let us know and we will gladly arrange a refund for you. Please note that due to the perishable nature of some of our products, we may not be able to offer refunds on some of these products.

Any requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of receipt of the order. Delivery charges are not included in any refund policy and the customer is responsible for the costs of returning any goods, unless otherwise decided by Hot Rock Butchery LTD.

We use The Foil-Box by Icertech which is a reliable solution for our chilled food products. Easi-Chill coolants keep a temperature of between 0 and 8°C for up to 48 hours. Foil-Box is made from a high quality and very durable double walled outer cardboard carton, which is then lined with a metalised polyester laminated bubblebag. Your products will be vaccum packed into 1kg bags with a 10 day shelf life. After opening please consume within 3 days or freeze. Please keep refrigerated once recieved. 

ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY 11AM TUESDAY TO THURSDAY FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY BY DPD LOCAL.  Please note any orders received after 11AM THURSDAY up until MONDAY will be shipped on TUESDAY  BY DPD NEXT DAY DELIVERY. If you are not able to accept your delivery on the day that we inform you it will arrive, you can arrange for the following but ONLY before your goods are dispatched. WE DONT SHIP ON BANK HOLIDAYS
